To participate in Our Online Singing Contest, the participants have to create their member profile page on our site by providing their information and uploading their song and picture files from Join page.

Registered members can add/modify their info, song and picture files after login in to their account from our home page.  

Song file should preferably be in MP3 format. A mic and Sound Recorder is needed to record a voice.

To participate in our singing contest simply join our site and contact us and state your wish regarding joining our singing contest.

We have the best / computerized / unbiased Online Singing Contest system there is online.

Final winner is decided by the votes casted by

1. Unregistered online visitors
2. Registered Site members (Singers) and
3. Registered Producers.

Each category contributes 33% to final decision making and all occurs automatically by our online system with real time Contest results.  

Our system only allows one vote per visitor. The Vote button only appears if the visitor has visited and listened to each singer in the contest.

The voting activity is closely monitored through our tracking system and any suspicious activity may lead to complete banning of the visitor to our site. Tune97.com has the final say in the results of the singing contest in disputed cases.

Once the contestants submit their songs, picture files and other data, it will become property of Tune97.com. Tune97.com can use these songs and pictures on the site anywhere and anytime.

Tune97.com monitors each and every account very closely and carefully. We have many visitors , singers and producers on our site. We have the right to cancel any account any time without any prior notification and remove it from our site if we feel in any way that the account has any activity which is in any way harmful, disrespectful or below general standards towards our visitors, singing members, producers or towards the site itself.

Any contact information of the Contestants is not allowed anywhere on the site including message boards.. If any party is interested in contacting a particular Singer , they can do so through "Contact me" Option from the singers profile page. Likewise No visitors or Music industry people can post their contact information anywhere on the site. They should contact singers directly from our web site.

Tune97.com will display all past and present contestants on its web site to show case them for the music industry. Tune97.com will also aggressively promote the contestants who have submitted their songs to our site to various music producers and record label companies. In submitting their songs and pictures the contestants/ Singers understands that their song and picture files can be used for that purpose and they allow Tune97.com to do so .

Singers should understand that any person, any label or record company or any one who will contact them for any kind of deal including music and singing through Tune97.com or its promotional activities, should be thoroughly investigated by the singers or their guardians. Tune97.com in most cases does not know those individuals or companies and does not endorse any one of them. If any problem, harm, or any other conflict arises between the singers and the recording company or entity , Tune97.com will not be liable in any form. The singers or their guardians should investigate and thoroughly investigate the authenticity of the company or individual themselves before any further negotiations.

All singers on our Site should clearly understand that the purpose of this site is to give them an opportunity and space to display their talent online . Although we try to promote our site and our singers from time to time to music industry people but we do not have any official ties or links to any labels, record companies or producers and being listed on our site either as a free member or paying member does not mean that any kind of record contract or a deal will be provided. This site is just plainly for fun and entertainment and no promises of any deals are being made with the music industry people. Although we hope our best for the success of all our singers listed on our site but we do not make any claims to provide them with such success just being listed on our site in any form.
